17th Annual Felicitation Event Registration Form. The felicitation event for STD Xth is scheduled on Sunday 30th July, 2023 at Dadar Gurudwara Sahib. Note: 1. Only Saabat Soorat Sikh Students from Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai, Kalyan, Ulwe, Ulhasnagar, and Thane city are eligible. 2. Before filling the form check that you have your Xth marksheet, School leaving certificate, and Aadhar Card in your mobile/ laptop. 3. Students from SSC, CBSE, and ICSE are eligible. 4. The last date of form submission is Sunday, 23rd July, 2023 till 4:00 PM.
